The Innovation Advocate Experience Page
Responsibilities of being an Innovation Advocate
While participating in research studies can be enjoyable and engaging, it also comes with significant responsibility. The work we do is important, as businesses make major, costly decisions based on the feedback you provide. Often, Innovation Advocates are exposed to sensitive information, so we kindly ask that you adhere to the following Innovation Advocate Regulations:
- Please allow ample time to travel to the testing site to ensure you arrive on time.
- Please bring a government issued photo I.D with you.
- If you are participating in a taste or sensory test, please refrain from using perfume, scented lotions, or other fragranced products on the day of the study, as they can interfere with your sense of smell and affect the accuracy of the results.
- If you are participating in a taste or sensory test, please refrain from smoking for at least two hours prior to the study as it can impact both your olfactory and taste senses, potentially affecting the results.
- Unless children are participating in the study, please make arrangements for childcare in advance.
- Innovation Advocates agree to maintain full confidentiality regarding all information you are exposed to during the study. This includes:
- Please keep your experiences to yourself and avoid sharing them with anyone, including family and friends.
- Do not share any details of your experience on social media or online platforms.
- Taking photos during ANY study is prohibited.
Prior to the study, you may be required to sign a waiver and/or a confidentiality agreement. Signing these documents is mandatory to participate and receive compensation.
Thank you for being a part of the fascinating world of marketing research.
