Design and Consulting Services

Although our focus facilities in Atlanta and Boston are at the core of our business, we know clients today need a place they can go where they can get more than just one facet of research. To help those clients who want a “one-stop” solution, we have partnered with a local consulting and design firm, AnswerQuest, to offer full service research design, consulting and analysis.

Using a variety of proven methods, such as focus groups, in-depth interviews, online surveys, observational and ethnographic research techniques and segmentation tools, AnswerQuest has a toolbox equipped to meet any research need. However, in addition to their traditional research methods, together Jackson and AnswerQuest have developed a unique method to assist clients in gaining even deeper insights to their customer base.

National Reach and Database Segmentation Strategies

By pre-segmenting our local and national database respondents into “state of being” sectors, we can recruit specific segments or a cross-section of segments to target those respondents most influential in the decision-making process. We also capture behavioral and psychographic profile information to assist in more sophisticated segmentation studies.

Conversely, we can run a wide cross-section of respondents to target which audience sector is most moved by a clients’ advertising or messaging. This allows the marketing and advertising team to make the most of their messaging, by tapping into a respondent’s deepest thoughts, their psychological drivers and subconscious motivations.
