Recruiting and Training
Qualitative research requires close attention to detail, and a host of understanding about the "spirit of the recruit". Our recruiting agents are carefully and methodically trained following a custom-designed training program that allows advancement upon completion of tasks and tests.

Our Quantitative Research spcialists undergo additional training modules including:

Clients are updated daily with comprehensive profiles that highlight specific quota groups so they can see how their quotas are filling as the recruiting progresses. Our Project Managers are instrumental in making suggestions that make an ordinarily difficult recruit seem simple.

In-depth Interviews
Recruiting for In-depth interviews takes the same diligence as recruiting for focus groups and our staff is training to handle both.

Legal Research
Our Atlanta facilities are uniquely designed to accommodate quali-quant studies such as mock juries and perception analyzer tests. Our spacious Perimeter facility allows up to 100 people to be seated in our auditorium which still leaves three focus rooms for break out groups.

We have the following equipment in-house:

• Podium with microphone
• Multiple easels
• Document camera
• LCD projectors
• Two projection screens

All rooms have adjustable lighting which allows respondents to better view materials where different light conditions affect their perceptions.

Our onsite Technical Director and AV staff rearrange their schedules to be available during all technical tests, which offers our clients an increased level of comfort and support.

In addition, our recruiters are trained to understand the importance demographics play in a mock jury test. We capture county and voter information on all respondents in our database, which helps keep the cost of recruitment lower because we are able to target the most qualified participants.
