Rachel Knobloch, Project Director
Rachel began working with Jackson Associates as a Qualitative Assistant. Her keen eye for details and ability to see the “bigger picture”, led to her promotion to Project Director. Rachel says she most enjoys helping he clients bring their objectives to fruition. She prides herself on being the client’s life-line to the facility, and enjoys the satisfaction of a job well executed.
Rachel enjoys spending her free time playing with her children, Trev and Kaydon, and watching them experience new adventures.
BobbieJo Salyers, Project Director
BobbieJo Salyers has been in the marketing and research professions since 1987. She previously worked for Jackson Associates as a project director until 1994 when she left to take a position as the Marketing Director for Guardian Healthcare. BobbieJo’s communication skills and attention to detail make her one of Jackson’s strongest assets. Because of her proactive approach and problem solving analysis, her clients request her time and time again.
When she isn’t working, BobbieJo enjoys making wine and helping her husband, Adam, run his microbrewery and create custom beers. She enjoys working in the community and focuses her volunteer efforts in teaching seniors how to create organic solutions and in counseling abused women in an effort to help them return to the workforce.
Lillie
Haley, Client Services Manager - Perimeter
Lillie Haley began her employment at Jackson Associates in September
of 2001 and has been an integral part of our Client Services team since. She is often the first and last to greet our clients, and her customer-centric attitude is just one of the traits they find most refreshing.
In her spare time, Lillie teaches Child Safety Programs in schools
around Atlanta and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Robert
Richie, Client Services Manager - Midtown
Robert began his career at Jackson Associates in September of 2004 as a recruiter. Robert proved dedicated and hardworking with a keen sense for details and took it upon himself to tighten up systems and organize departmental guidelines. As a result of his exceptional service, Robert was top of mind when the company began their expansion in 2008.
He served as the Assistant Client Services Manager until the Midtown location opened in 2009, and he was promoted to the Client Services Manager of that facility. In this capacity, Robert is responsible for handling all client requests and needs, as well as managing the QA staff.
Robert has a military background which makes teamwork and leadership come naturally to him. In his spare time he spends as much time with his grandmothers as he can, both of whom are in their 90s. He reads a lot and loves watching football.
Belinda
Williams, Quality Control Manager
Since beginning her career with Jackson Associates in August 1999 Belinda has worked diligently, organizing and streamlining her work. As the Office Manager – she oversees reception area, routing calls, shipping and supply inventory. In January 2011, she was promoted to oversee our Quality Department as well in addition to her other responsibilities. With her precise attention to detail, Belinda ensures that our call center agents are following protocol by monitoring each project; and overseeing that a minimum of 20% of each project is validated by the QC Department. She oversees all Quant project set-ups, and inventories all product upon arrival, as well as maintaining our permanent files.
Belinda’s quality focus encompasses all parts of the research process – from recruitment to validation, to onsite grids and name tents, to onsite receipt of product and concepts, and finally to shipment of returned goods – she strives to ensure that each client’s project is exemplary.
During her free time, Belinda enjoys exercising, taking nice long walks, and traveling. When you don’t find her enjoying one of these activities, she’s likely curled up on the couch next to her hubby! |
