Marisa Pope, PRC President

Marisa Pope has been in the marketing research profession for over 20 years and has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. She has a strong background in advertising, promotion and operational efficiencies, and has been an active member of the Atlanta/SE chapter and national Marketing Research Associations for most of her career.

Marisa is an accomplished public speaker and has been instrumental in the development of several educational seminars for both the Chapter and National associations of the MRA. Marisa is a Past President for the Atlanta/Southeast chapter, and is serving on the MRA's National Board of Directors as a Director-at-Large, after serving on the Education Work Group for the past four years. At the June MRA conference Marisa was awarded the 2010 Distinguished Service Award for her extensive work with the MRA.

She was the recipient of the National MRA's prestigious Shining Star Award in 2006 and has achieved and maintained her Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) status. She also serves on the Program Committee for the Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group and belongs to the AMA, ESOMAR, PBIRG, CASRO and many other industry associations and groups.

When she isn't working, Marisa enjoys hiking, making jewelry and traveling (most especially to Sedona, AZ). But her true passion is spending time with her nephew, Nicholas and her niece, Sydney, who keep her focused on the most important things in life.

Melisa Gipson, PRC, Executive Vice President

Melisa began her career in Market Research in 1992 as an interviewer at our Lakeshore Mall location. Now the Executive Vice President, Melisa is responsible for project estimates and overseeing the Quality Control department. She is an active member of the National MRA as well as the Atlanta/SE Chapter.

Melisa has earned three Star Awards and was voted the Most Dependable Manager for 2000. Melisa lives in Gainesville with her husband and her two children. In her spare time, she enjoys scrap-booking, singing, and spending time with family and friends.

Tiffany Woodward, Vice President

Tiffany began her career in marketing research as a recruiter in 1989. She obtained a BA in Communications/Public Relations in 1998 and upon her graduation, joined Jackson Associates as a Project Manager of a consumer recruiting team. Tiffany now has the responsibility of overseeing our Quality Control Department with it's staff of six, proper use and maintenance of our training program as well creating estimates for clients and overseeing project development initiatives.

Because of her experience in directly managing projects and our call center, Tiffany is especially adept at coordinating complex projects that include multiple methodologies, and has mastered the skill of multi-tasking as a result.

In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys trying new recipes and spending time with her husband, their dog, and cooing to her son, Maceo...when she isn't visiting with her friends and family.

Leslie Dyer, Executive Vice President, Operations / Finance

Having started her career in marketing research in 1984, Leslie has over 25+ years of data collection experience in both Qualitative and Quantitative methodologies. Prior to joining Jackson Associates she worked for CPResearch for 20 years, where she held the role of Vice President of Operations and Marketing. There she was ultimately responsible for ensuring that up to 22 nationally-represented data collection offices operated efficiently and productively. Besides her love for the marketing research profession, her strength in Operations and numbers make her the perfect fit within the Jackson team.

Leslie previously served with the MRA Florida chapter and was nominated to run for President-Elect prior to relocating to Georgia. When not devoting herself to her career, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband of 14 years, both on and off the tennis courts. She is also extremely passionate about helping those less fortunate. She has served as the lead representative for several mission trips, both in and out of the country, and she is a firm believer that giving back is what truly brings happiness to one's life.
