Qualitative research requires close attention to detail, and
a host of understanding about the "spirit of the recruit".
Specialists in Quantitative techniques are required to take additional training in usability and sensory testing. Our recruiting agents are carefully and methodically trained
following a custom-designed training program that allows advancement
upon completion of tasks and tests.

so they comprehend the project's objectives and respondent
personality traits and can discern which respondents will offer
the most insights to our clients. Clients are updated daily with comprehensive profiles that highlight
specific quota groups so they can see how their quotas are filling
as the recruiting progresses. Often, Project Managers are instrumental
in making suggestions that make an ordinarily difficult recruit
seem simple. Our Quality Manager and team carefully monitor the
recruiters nightly to offer feedback and coaching on increasing
productivity and respondent cooperation.
Moderating, Transcription and other Ancillary Services
Jackson Associates is partnered with a local Atlanta firm, AnswerQuest to offer screener development, moderation, analysis and reports.
We also provide transcription services and can offer 48-hour turn around
on most projects, and same day turn-around on digital recordings uploaded before noon.
