Company History

Jackson Associates is considered the premier focus facility in Atlanta, with a reputation for excellence in project management and communications and is consistently "Top-Rated" by the Impulse Survey. It is our attitude more than anything that sets us apart; we value our relationships with our clients and it shows. From the bids we send back within an hour, to the profiles our clients receive daily, to the special touches we offer once they arrive.

How did we get here?
Jackson Associates was opened in 1957 by Marilyn F. Jackson (hence the name) and run out of the principal's home. Margaret Hicks bought the company in 1985 and moved our offices to Northern Atlanta. Today, Jackson Associates has three offices: our spacious five-suite Perimeter facility just outside Atlanta's city limits, our Midtown office in the heart of Atlanta, and our Boston facility on the outskirts of the "City of Neighborhoods".

As the new millennium approached, Marisa Pope took over Operations Management and began to focus intently on Customer Service and Quality initiatives. Over the next five years, the company grew exponentially as a result and we decided to add a dedicated Quality Control department, expand the technical divisions and strengthen our already strong reputation in the profession. In early 2006, Marisa took over full control of the company when Margaret retired permanently.

Our team of managers sometimes work seven days a week to make sure our clients are satisfied, and often pitch in to make calls, wash dishes, or reset focus rooms. We take pride in what we do; but do not let pride get in the way of doing. Today, we have established tight security and quality controls and offer clients extras they don't often find when working with other companies.
